Admired for his strong communication and leadership skills, Dominic acts as a pivotal connection between the sales and rental departments in his role as Director whilst ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.

Dominic unwavering passion for the real estate industry began in 2010, where his desire to excel drove him to obtain his full Real Estate License in 2012

Equipping him for the real estate industry, Dominic involvement in the local community have taught him the valuable lessons of relationship building and negotiation, lessons he draws upon in his role today.

A reflection of his family values, Dominic prides himself on taking the time to understand his client’s needs and aspirations whilst providing comprehensive customer service to all those he comes into contact with. A highly organized individual, Dominic loves the challenges associated with building and growing the business together with encouraging staff to excel and achieve their very best.

Dominic focus continues away from the office, where he loves to follow his favourite AFL team, Richmond Tigers, while enjoying time at the gym, playing tennis or catching up with family and friends.
