David Lack and team had done a lot of extra work because we are in Sydney. He organized everything to make the house ready for selling, including watering the garden and calling the plumber to fix the toilet leaking because we cannot reach Port Melbourne. They did all these without any charge although he took over exclusive lease Agent agreements just before Christmas. He is real professional salesman and provides worthful advice.
