Late last year when I became serious about selling my house, James asked what I was looking for and showed me a number of properties and recommended that I look at others that met my criteria. Once I had found a property that felt right for me, the sale of my property went under way and it sold immediately. James gave me tips on property presentation and he seems to be able to visualize how things will look to a prospective buyer, both internally and externally. I found this most helpful as it's a skill I don't have.
