This campaign was very well planned as I specified that I wished the property to be sold within a specific time frame and Ignacio was able to coordinate the timing of the sale to fit in with our time frame. This property achieved an excellent result being sold at auction for well over the anticipated price and the second property Ignacio sold for us.
